Refund policy

Sometimes things don't work out - we get it! Please see below for our returns information:

 

  • Returns must be requested via email to Dubai@MrConsistent.com.au. You will be provided with further instructions upon receipt of email, including return postage address, if the return is accepted.
  • Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
  • Items must be in the same condition it was received, with tags and original packaging.
  • We only accept returns purchased from our online store, so you will need your proof of purchase.
  • For hygiene safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food & beverage utensils, such as glassware and shakers.
  • Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non refundable.
  • Return shipping fees for approved returns are at the expense of the customer.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • We do not accept returns on freight delays that are outside of the control of Mr. Consistent.
  • Once your return is accepted and processed, you will receive a credit note, valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure to email us right away, and please include photographs of any damages.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
