The Sweet Table

Three bottles for the end of the table where the mithai is. Lychee and passionfruit are the two flavours our customers buy together more than any other pair, and strawberry and lime keeps the run of drinks from going heavy across a long evening.

Nothing in these bottles is alcoholic, so the aunties, the children and the cousin who is driving all get the same glass as everyone else. Thirty of them, from three bottles.

What is in the box

• Lychee Martini 750 ml, 10 glasses — floral and soft, the one people ask for again
  
• Passionfruit 750 ml, 10 glasses — sharp and tropical, our most ordered bottle
  
• Strawberry & Lime 750 ml, 10 glasses — light and clean, good for a second and third round
  

How to serve each one

• Lychee Martini — 60 ml shaken hard with ice, strained into a coupe, a lychee on a pick
  
• Passionfruit — 60 ml over ice, topped with 90 ml soda, half a passionfruit floated on top
  
• Strawberry & Lime — 60 ml over ice, topped with 90 ml soda, a lime wheel
  

For guests who do drink, the same 60 ml takes a shot of vodka, gin or white rum. One bottle, two versions, no separate setup.

• Shelf life: about 12 months unopened. Refrigerate once open and finish within four weeks
