How to serve each one

• Chilli Margarita — 60 ml over ice in a rocks glass, salted rim, a lime wedge and a slice of chilli
  
• Classic Margarita — 60 ml shaken with ice, strained into a salt-rimmed coupe, a lime wheel
  
• Bloody Mary — 125 ml over ice in a highball, stirred, celery and an olive. A bigger pour, which is why the bottle gives six
  

For guests who do drink, the margaritas take a shot of tequila and the Bloody Mary takes vodka.
